In a similar way you can add a Language module or Title module for any visual value that is in a "Form" you want to have multiple languages. For example, you can create a "Default" value, use that value for the organization base language, and add the language module or title for the Partner Key. There are no hard and fast guidelines for adding languages or values, but the high level is: Add your supported languages in the DropDownList Select the base language value in a Value field In the Value section add the resource ID for the localized text
If you need to support multiple languages, one tactic is to include localization within the base language strings. For example, if you have a Connection Role named "Friend" a new file named Friend.csx should be added to the Prototype 2 solution. Open the Friend.csx file and add the following code:
Friend Friend(); string FriendText = $"{Friend.Friend} (Amigo / Freund)"; string FriendCopy = $"{Friend.FriendCopy}"; Prototype 2 english language pack With that code in place, when you add the Friend key in the ConnectionStrings.csx file, you would have the ability to select the Portuguese language in Visual Studio. Open the ConnectionStrings.csx file, and add your Partner Key. In this case, the partner key is OpportunityBone's LLC.
Using Northwind as an example, both the custom Customer and Contact values are used on a form. The “Default” values are used for the localization base language selection. The Northwind database is a multi-lingual project, so the English terms were chosen as the “Default” base language values. d2c66b5586
