You have a free choice in your use of rockets, bombs and explosives. You already have a lot of products that are at least as cheap as such a device, in fact it is likely cheaper. The full scale fireworks industry in the UK is about £22m. There are over 60 million people in the UK, and that is probably less than the number of people that will go see these shows.
The problem with showing off fireworks is that it is a waste of time. If you want to show off fireworks, set them off on the ground. It is harder to see the show from a distance when it is set off from a tower like a rocket. It is also harder to set them off from a tower, and possibly harder to get people to watch it. It is easier to explain the physics of fireworks when they are set off on the ground.
The hobby of fireworks is about promoting novelty, diversity and creativity. The vast majority of fireworks that are being used are very safe. I cannot see what the problem is here. Why do you need to keep this knowledge secret?
There is no need to keep your hobby a secret. Fireworks are just something that sparkle and light up the night. If that sparks someone's interest then great, and if it doesn't then no one is the loser. You would have done more to contribute to the hobby by helping people understand the things that make fireworks so special, than by keeping your enthusiasm for another hobby a secret. A few of those people may start to find a hobby that you don't approve of, but that is life. Just don't make your hobby a secret that they can't ask about. If that means you can't share your enthusiasm for fireworks with them, then that is fine.
The devices you are proposing are unsafe in a lot of ways. The devices will be extremely expensive, and need to be sturdy enough to be dropped from a few hundred feet in the air. They will also be expensive to buy. But you do not need a rocket engine to make something that is not explosive. The sky is full of commercial and personal fireworks that use far cheaper methods. Even a few of those would create an amazing show.

PCSX2 is a complete emulator, which means it needs a lot of RAM to work properly. In the best case scenario, you should have 8GB of RAM. However, as of now, the emulator will run only with 4GB or less. Note that the emulator will not run with less than 2GB, even if you have enabled the boot with low memory option.
The project is still in development and there are many bugs. In the best case scenario, the emulator performs at 30fps on even the most demanding games. It's recommended you use a monitor's native refresh rate or a higher screen resolution when playing. However, if you want to use some effects, particularly the ones currently available on PCSX2 and see them in action, you need to configure the emulator. 827ec27edc
